Ben Sheps, Co-Founder
Ben Sheps is a finance student at Arizona State University. Self-taught in music production, Ben’s journey into marketing began when he built his own Shopify store to sell beats as digital products. That experience led him to launch Nostra US, a full-service merchandising company specializing in custom clothing for artists. Ben developed deep operational and creative expertise by sourcing manufacturers, coordinating logistics, designing collections, and securing high-profile partnerships. His work includes merchandise coordination for platinum-selling artist, 80purppp. Sheps approaches every project with a blend of financial logic, creative instinct, and growth-focused execution.
David Jeffcoat, Co-Founder
David Jeffcoat is a marketing graduate with over seven years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies across industries, including manufacturing, technology, medical, entertainment, hospitality, and consulting. Motivated by impact, David approaches every project with a results-driven mindset combining creativity, data, and strategy to help organizations achieve meaningful growth. Rooted in storytelling, David transforms brand narratives into measurable success through thoughtful content, innovative campaigns, and purposeful design.
